Sean Sweeney

No matter what style you are looking for, Sweeney can do just about anything.  Having won awards in almost every category on NATIONAL  levels, Sweeney  is up to any challenge you can bring him! After serving on the state board and overseeing tattoo standards for the Commonwealth of Virginia, Sweeney pursued and  built American Tattoo Art  to provide Virginia Beach with the highest standards available while raising  the bar on a national level.
